Beautox Aesthetics was founded in 2018 by Mackensie Waldschmidt, CRNP. What started as a dream and a passion organically grew into what it is today. Our clients are like family and have helped grow this business by spreading the word of what this Beautox Aesthetics is all about.

Our focus is on honesty and integrity while providing natural results. We will never suggest or offer services that we feel are not needed. We focus on progressive results to help with the signs of aging by developing a long term plan on how to achieve your desired goals.

Mackensie Waldschmidt, MSN, CRNP

OWNER
In addition to her passion for internal and geriatric medicine she has always had a love for aesthetics. She underwent training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) to be a certified injector in 2018. She continues to get trained on the latest treatments on the market
She is known for her honest feedback during consultations and providing natural results.
Kate Chorik, RN

INJECTOR
Kate has her BA in Psychology and graduated from Shadyside School of Nursing and has been a Registered Nurse since 2010. Kate also works as a Nurse Navigator with the AHN Cancer Institute. In addition to this, Kate has always had a passion for Aesthetics. She got her certification through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics.
She loves taking the time to educate and provide natural results to her clients and help them achieve their “Glow Up”.
Kate is married and has two dogs, Warren and Boo Boo. She is a thrill seeker and designer brand lover.
Alexis Elko, RN, MSN

INJECTOR
Alexis graduated from Citizen’s School of Nursing. She started her career in cardiology but her heart led her to the pediatric population. She has been working in the NICU (neonatal ICU) while continuing her education to receive her BSN followed by her MSN in Nursing Education. She currently works as an Educator at the Shadyside School of Nursing.
Alexis has always aspired to have a career in Aesthetics which has led her to Beautox Aesthetics. She underwent training through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training. She looks forward to delivering services with a detailed eye and listen to your goals to assure confidence, beauty and consistency.
Stacie Grenet, RN

INJECTOR
Locally raised in the North Hills, now residing in Butler, PA. Stacie is married with an adorable and sassy little girl. She graduated from RMU with her BSN in 2011 and has focused the last 11 years in geriatrics and advanced wound education. Stacie became certified in cosmetic injectables in December 2022 and completed an apprenticeship at Beautox Aesthetics at the end of January and ready to build her clientele here at Beautox.
Stacie enjoys family vacations, reading and tending to her house plants. She has a string faith and spends time volunteering in her community and church.
Alexa Moscatiello, RN

Alexa grew up in the South Hills and loves al things Pittsburgh. She graduated from Duquesne University with her BSN in 2016. She started off her career in the Operating Room but has always had a passion for aesthetic nursing. Sh received her certification through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. Alexa is married with two girls and they currently reside in Mt. Lebanon. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her clients.
Amanda Bruscemi, RN

Amanda graduated from Robert Morris University with her BSN and is currently working towards her Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health MSN degree. In addition to working in the aesthetics field she also works as a nurse in the Operating Room. Aesthetics has a special place in her heart. She loves helping her clients achieve the natural results
